My kids enjoy the train. It's fast and seems like it will run for a long time on a set of batteries. I liked that it is non-steam/oil as those tend to smell when running. It was also unique looking as we already have the 'red' one sold on Amazon. By itself, the main motorized train would run off the track but it seems you have to link the train carriages to slow it down enough for it to run smoothly (maybe this should be in their instruction manual). Also, if you link the carriages with both clips they stay on better. The wheels on one of the carriages keeps falling off but I think I fixed it.
